Terms and conditions

Last updated Plain English, no filler

Effective 18 August 2026. These terms replace all previous versions. They form a binding agreement between you and TheBigBot LLC, so please read them before you buy. If you do not accept them, do not use this site or purchase from it.

1. Who these terms are with

This site, topghlsnapshots.com, is operated by TheBigBot LLC, trading as Top GHL Snapshots. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean TheBigBot LLC, and "you" means the individual or business using the site or buying from it. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

We are an independent business. We are not HighLevel Inc., we are not owned by, employed by or an official reseller of HighLevel, and nothing we sell is an official HighLevel product. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to describe compatibility.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products for the GoHighLevel platform: snapshots, funnels, automation workflows, dashboards, calculators and design assets. We also sell services, including customisation, development and virtual assistant placement.

A snapshot is a prebuilt configuration you import into a GoHighLevel sub-account. It contains funnels, pipelines, calendars, workflows, templates and website pages. It is a starting configuration, not a finished marketing campaign, and it requires your own content, branding, connections and judgement to become one.

You need a GoHighLevel account

Everything we sell for the platform requires an active GoHighLevel subscription, which you buy directly from HighLevel and which is not included in our price. Not having one is not a fault in our product and is not a refund reason. This requirement is stated on every product page, in the cart, and on the thank-you page.

3. Licence

On payment in full you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • import the product into GoHighLevel sub-accounts that you own or that you manage on behalf of your clients, with no limit on the number of such accounts;
  • modify it freely for those accounts, including copy, branding, timing, structure and design;
  • keep using it indefinitely, including after any support window or update entitlement has expired.

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, share, publish or otherwise distribute the snapshot share link, the source files, or the product in any form in which it could be imported by someone who has not bought it from us;
  • repackage the product as your own snapshot, template or digital product for sale or giveaway, whether or not it has been modified;
  • upload it to a marketplace, membership site, course, community, file-sharing service or template library;
  • remove or obscure any attribution or licence notice contained in the files;
  • use it to build a product that competes with ours by reproducing its structure.

Charging your own clients for the work of implementing, customising and managing a snapshot in their account is expressly permitted and is the normal use case. The distinction is straightforward: selling your services is fine, selling our product is not.

Design assets, including illustrations, icons, mockups and UI kits, are licensed for commercial use in your own and your clients' projects. They may not be resold as stock assets, redistributed as a pack, or used in a logo or trademark.

Breach of this section ends the licence immediately and without refund.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you. Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send your delivery email.

We may correct a price that is displayed in obvious error before dispatch. Where a price has been misstated we will contact you and offer the correct price or a full refund of anything already taken, and we will not simply charge the difference.

Discounts, promotional pricing and partner discounts are applied at our discretion, cannot be combined unless we say so, and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

5. Delivery

Digital products are emailed within 24 hours of successful payment, as a GoHighLevel share link. Delivery is to the email address given at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. Check your promotions and spam folders as well as your inbox before assuming something has gone wrong.

If nothing has arrived 24 hours after payment, email [email protected] and we will resend. Non-delivery that we cannot resolve is one of the four circumstances in which we refund.

6. Support and updates

Every product purchase includes 20 hours of hands-on customisation, usable across the 15 days that begin when your snapshot is delivered. That window covers configuring automations around your process, rewriting copy, applying your branding, customising website pages, connecting your phone number, sending domain, calendar and payment processor, and walking your team through the build.

Unused hours expire at the end of the window and are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for a discount. Work requested beyond the included hours is quoted separately before it starts.

You also receive free updates for one year from purchase. Updates are improvements we choose to make to that product; they are not a commitment to add a specific feature, and they do not apply to changes forced on us by HighLevel altering their platform.

Support is delivered in English, by email and scheduled call, during normal business hours.

7. Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. The products are digital, are delivered in full, and cannot be returned once transferred. We do not refund a change of mind, which is precisely why a live demo call is offered before purchase so you can evaluate the product at no risk.

We refund in only four circumstances: a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount charged, non-delivery, or a material fault on our side that we cannot repair within your support window. The refund policy sets out each of these, the reporting window, and how to claim. It forms part of these terms.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use what you buy. In particular you must:

  • comply with the law that applies to your marketing, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL and any equivalent rules on calls, texts, email and recording, and obtain the consents those laws require;
  • comply with any professional or regulatory rules governing your industry, including advertising rules for legal, medical, financial and insurance services;
  • review every piece of template copy before you publish it, and replace anything that is not accurate for your business;
  • hold the licences, registrations and disclosures your industry requires;
  • keep your own GoHighLevel account, credentials and data secure.

Template copy is a starting point written to be broadly sensible. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction, and shipping it unread is your risk, not ours.

9. No performance claims

We do not promise results, revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, rankings or return on investment, and you should not buy on the assumption of any. Nothing on this site is an earnings claim. Any figures shown in a calculator are arithmetic performed on numbers you enter, clearly labelled as illustrative, and are not a forecast.

What happens after you install a snapshot depends on your market, your offer, your pricing, your follow-up and your effort. Those are yours, not ours.

10. Third-party platforms

Our products run on GoHighLevel and connect to services such as Stripe, Google, Meta and telephony providers. We do not control any of them. If a third party changes an API, alters a feature, suspends your account or discontinues a service, that is outside our control and is not a fault in our product. We will help you adapt within your support window where we reasonably can.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, and all products we sell, remain our property or that of our licensors. The licence in section 3 is the entirety of what you receive. Nothing here transfers ownership.

Your own content, branding and data remain entirely yours. Importing our product gives us no claim over anything you build with it.

12. Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to breach or probe the security of this site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, misrepresent yourself as us, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe any of these is happening.

13. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and may discontinue a product, at any time. Discontinuing a product does not affect a licence you already hold.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill or business interruption, however caused; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

The products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the products in breach of these terms, your breach of any law or regulation, or content you publish using our templates.

16. Termination

We may end your licence and access immediately if you breach section 3 or section 8, or if you raise a chargeback on a delivered order without contacting us first. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund. Sections 3, 9, 11, 14, 15 and 17 survive termination.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email us. Almost everything is resolved faster and more cheaply by a conversation, and we would rather have that conversation than a dispute.

18. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours on a reorganisation or sale of the business. These terms, together with the privacy policy, the refund policy and the affiliate disclosure, are the entire agreement between us.

19. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published and are never applied retrospectively to a licence you already hold.

Frequently asked questions

What am I actually buying when I buy a snapshot?

A licence to import and use a prebuilt GoHighLevel configuration inside accounts you own or manage. You are not buying the GoHighLevel platform itself, which is a separate subscription you hold directly with HighLevel, and you are not buying ownership of the underlying templates. The licence is perpetual for accounts you manage, non-exclusive, and cannot be resold or redistributed as a snapshot.

Can I install one snapshot on more than one sub-account?

Yes. You may install it on an unlimited number of GoHighLevel sub-accounts that you own or manage for clients. What you may not do is share, resell or redistribute the snapshot share link itself, or package the snapshot as your own product for sale.

How quickly is a snapshot delivered?

Within 24 hours of a successful payment, by email, as a GoHighLevel share link. Check your promotions and spam folders as well as your inbox. If nothing has arrived after 24 hours, email [email protected] and we will resend it.

Are the sales final?

Yes. All sales are final and non-refundable, because the product is digital and delivered in full. We refund only a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount charged, non-delivery, or a material fault on our side that we cannot repair. A demo call is available before purchase so you can evaluate the product without risk. The full refund policy sets this out in detail.
